In the new installment of the Krrish series, Hrithik Roshan will not just fight the bad guys. He will also fight himself.
A source reveals that the new film will be the darkest in the series, and has a violent twist. While the first two movies catered primarily to kids, Krrish 3 will be made for an adult audience. Taking a cue from the last Spiderman film, where Peter Parker surrenders to the dark force, Krrish too will be seen battling his inner demons. This track will be one of the film’s highlights.
Apart from his personal struggle, there will also be other interesting elements. The source adds, “Kangana Ranaut plays an alien, and she will have an army of animals who will create havoc in Krrish’s life. Her character will be a total badass, and major action scenes are planned between Krrish and her.”
While Koi Mil Gaya had the friendly alien character Jadoo to provide comic relief and had four kids, they are all missing from the third installment. The source adds that director Rakesh Roshan “wants to focus on action scenes and bring out the violent streak in the protagonist. There will be blood and gore.”
The buzz is that the series has moved away from the usual formula to give the film an edge over other superhero flicks like RA.One, which dazzled the audience with its state-of-the-art special effects.

Even before Aamir could wrap up the episode, which focussed on female foeticide, 2,254 tweets were notched up. The Akshay Kumar-Sonakshi Sinha-starrer Rowdy Rathore is being touted as the Wanted of this year. If the trailer is anything to go by, it just might be Akki’s solo-hero blockbuster hit after a long time. ‘Aa re pritam pyare’ is the first item number of RR; the second one will be picturized on Kareena Kapoor. In an attempt to set the temperatures soaring, the makers have added three skimpily clad girls, Mumaith Khan, Maryam Zakaria and Shakti Mohan to the video.
While Mumaith and Maryam have been seen in films (Munna Bhai MBBS and Agent Vinod respectively), this is the first big-screen outing for Shakti, who is the winner of Dance India Dance (Season 1). ‘Aa re pritam pyare’ is in the same zone as Sheila ki jawaani and Chikni Chameli, only much more vulgar lyrics. The girls are trying too hard, but unfortunately none of them manages to impress. There is a strong chance of this foot-tapping number working for the front-benchers in the single screen theaters, but might not find many takers in the multiplexes. Bebo who has become an accomplished actress is now the number one queen in Bollywood as she has been part of some successful high budget big banner films, which were also a hit in box office.

Lately top actresses are doing one item song, for which they charge a bomb and then goes on to become a household name, if the song tops the charts and hit among the mass. But Kareena Kapoor wants to stand tall among that crowd and has her own commands over the song.

Dabangg's Munni song was an unbelievable hit that it redefined item song status and Malaika Arora Khan became a name to reckon with. With Dabangg 2, Kareena wants to make it to the sky.

Kareena Kapoor has been pencilled in to perform the item number replacing Munni in 'Dabangg 2'.
The 'Chhammak Challo' girl  will be seen doing an item number in the sequel to 'Dabangg' which is being directed by Arbaaz Khan.
Kareena has been chosen ahead of the film’s producer Malaika Arora Khan.
If Munni had the downloading of songs touch an alltime high, the new song in 'Dabangg 2' which is more or less being done by Sajid Wajid or Lalit Pandit,  is slated to be a proper desi number.
Kareena hasn’t done a complete item song as yet having stayed away from that kind of a song and dance routine, but will now be doing the item song which will perhaps help her get some brownie points ahead of 'Chikni Chameli' Katrina Kaif.
For those who need more details, Arbaaz Khan’s debut as a director is going to be one of the biggest films to look forward to in 2012. The film will go on the floors on March 9, when Salman is expected to face the camera for the film. The film will oscillate between Lucknow in Uttar Pradesh, Satara and the capital city of Mumbai in Maharashtra.
Besides Salman Khan the film also has Arbaaz Khan, Sonakshi Sinha, Prakash Raj, Deepak Dobriyal, Nikiten Dheer and Mohan Agashe.
The film is slated to be shot for over seven months at these locations and the film will be wrapped up by October end.

While the shooting has been for some time now, Sallu is all praise for brother Arbaaz, the debutante director.
“Arbaaz is working at blitzkrieg speed, and I am very happy looking at his hardwork.
He has the knack of holding the intriguing tale; he has the ‘pakad’ (hold) for a film like ‘Dabangg 2’.
“So far, whatever portion we have shot is good. It is looking very catchy and attractive; the film has shaped very well. Arbaaz has definitely done justice,” says Salman.
‘Dabangg’ lead actress Sonakshi Sinha has been retained for the sequel too.
He says, “I see no changes in Sonakshi. Usually newcomers do turn proud once they become stars.
“But I find her just the same. Probably coming from a filmy background and having seen her parents living the Bollywood lives, she knows how to remain grounded.
“Sonakshi has no airs. As for her acting, she performed excellently in ‘Dabangg’ and now in ‘Dabangg 2’ she has moved on to a higher level of perfection. Every newbie sharpens their skills as time passes by.”
Sona is known for her weighty issues as the actress did shed weight for her demanding roles, to which Sallu adds smilingly, “Sonakshi has to keep her weight in control. Khate peete ghar ki ladki hai bhai (She comes from a healthy-wealthy family).
“I do keep telling her to keep her weigh in check and she follows my instructions.”
Before starting off with ‘Dabangg 2’, Salman was shooting with ex-beau Katrina Kaif for Yash Raj Film’s ‘Ek Tha Tiger’.
But he refuses to reveal anything on that end, Sallu quips, “I have finished shooting for one schedule of ‘Ek Tha Tiger’, but shall talk in detail once the film is complete.”
Sparing some time from the shooting of ‘Dabangg 2’, Salman also attended the opening ceremony of Indian Premier League season 5 (IPL).
“Cricket is a game which not only interests me but it interests men and women all over the globe.
“Sachin Tendulkar has scored a century not once but many a times and made us feel proud. Recently I attended a party held for Sachin, it was a proud moment for all of us. He is a true, honest and a brilliant player.”
This actor has been a face of a lot of brands, and is being touted as one of the highest paid brand endorsers of Bollywood.
Salman too enjoys expanding and extending his relationship with those who are ready to invest ‘heavily’.
“I have always endorsed brands which I wear, I use, I eat. In all, I believe in brands that outshine with truthfulness, they are whole heartedly supported by me.
“I love and enjoy travelling hence I unhesitatingly turned the brand ambassador of a travel website,” says Salman.
Ask the actor to share a reminiscent trip and he says, “I made my first ever ‘yatra’ when I was in fourth standard. It was a to and fro trip from Mumbai to Indore.”
However being the diplomatic Khan, Sallu refuses to declare any romantic trips, “I would have answered this without a second thought, if asked while at an early age.

Filmmaker Arbaaz Khan is now capitalizing on the success of the action film and ready to create Dabangg 2. With the cast in line, the latest reports have it that Kareena Kapoor is the chosen item girl. How does the original Munni, Malaika Arora Khan, feel? She's not confirming the news!
Let's start by saying Malaika Arora Khan, whether or not Kareena is the item girl or not, will not be seen onscreen in this film. Commenting on Kareena's participation, Malaika says, "I adore Bebo and think she's absolutely fantastic, so yes, she would be an obvious choice." Before discussing anything more, Malaika says that Munni cannot be recreated, "It's such an iconic song."
Malaika goes on to say, "You can't recreate Munni. We would much rather create something new and better. Having said that, Kareena would be fantastic as another Munni, but the creative call will be taken by Arbaaz after he finishes recording the new song for Dabangg 2." Having not addressed on how she feels about Kareena or anyone playing the new Munni, Malaika maturely comments, "I don't mind. At the end of day, you have to do what works best for the film. You forget that it's my film too! As far as me doing another item number in my film, you can't repeat a Munni. Arbaaz will consult with me when we finalize the actress for the song. Whether it's Bebo or someone else, it will be a mutual decision."
For all Malaika Arora Khan fans, there is another item song for them to enjoy, "Anarkali Disco Chali" from Housefull 2. "I have just completed the item song Anarkali Disco Chali for Housefull 2," Malaika tells media, "As you know, I don't like doing too many songs - maybe one every few years. Anarkali... has got a fantastic response online, so I am very happy about that. I get offered item songs a dime a dozen, but I would rather be exclusive. If you do 10 songs a year, your brand gets diluted. The whole purpose of creating a certain hype is defeated then. It's nice to be exclusive and leave the audience wanting more."
