Salman was quite keen on releasing DABANGG sequel during Eid as all of his blockbusters from WANTED to BODYGUARD released at that time period. And this change in release plans transpired after it was known that Salman's yet another film EK THA TIGER, being made under YRF banner is set to release in Eid.
The makers of DABANGG sequel feel its pointless releasing two Salman starrers at the same time so they are planning to release the sequel in Christmas now.

After grooving with hot Malaika Arora Khan in 'Munni Badnam Hui', and shaking legs for Sonakshi Sinha in 'Humka Peeni Hai', now the DABANGG star, Salman Khan is all geared up to do an item number in its sequel.
According to the latest reports, Salman Khan will be dancing on a peppy item number titled 'Pandeyji Maare Seeti'. And if rumours are to be believed, then hottie Malaika will also join Pandeyji's jig as a treat to her fans!
It will be quite interesting to see, once again, how Salman entices the entire country with his quirky yet electrifying dance moves in 'Pandeyji Maare Seeti'.
Besides the film will also have an item number featuring actress Kareena Kapoor.
